Machining of profiles in steel, aluminum and copper alloys
Our machining processes are specifically developed in-house for the manufacture of components from machined profiled bars on our automatic transfer machines.
This is an alternative technology to well-known processes such as sintering, cold forming or forging.
This machining technology is dedicated to high-volume markets, we have 30 rotary transfer machines with 8 to 16 machining stations equipped with bar feeders.
Based on the customer’s product design, our industrialization department develops machining processes on transfer machines for the manufacture of mechanical components in steel, stainless steel, aluminum or copper profiles.
We have the experience and capability to machine a variety of products in round or profiled bars on automatic machines with bar feeders.
Our expertise enables us to produce components with high technical specifications: high-performance mechanical products, all materials, possibility of surface and thermal treatments, sections up to 100cm², all shapes possible, high dimensional precision, high production capacity.
Our products from profiles :
High voltage connectors for electric vehicles
Locking bolts for steering columns and locks
Mounting parts and structural components for battery racks
Mechanical parts from standard profiles : round, square, hexagonal for fasteners or engine combustion chambers
Products out of aluminum profiles for the aircraft industry
Our technical department develops the machining process from profiles, on a dedicated transfer machine. Our team designs the optimal manufacturing process according to the design of your part.
The machining process of the profiles, defined by the technical department, is implemented by our experts. The optimal solution for the manufacturing of your products is developed by our technicians on one of our 50 machines dedicated to the machining of aluminum, steel, stainless steel and copper alloy profiles.
Finishing processes
Automatic inspection
We develop in-house automatic inspection devices using various technologies to ensure the compliance of our products after 100% automatic sorting :
Dimensional control by camera
Surface defect control by scanning and topographical analysis
Detection of chips, tears, and deformation by camera
Aspect and aesthetic visual inspection by operator with camera support
7 fully automatic sorting machines
Surface finishing
In order to complete the finishing of our products, mass-finishing and shot blasting operations are mastered in-house. The following machines are available :
1 Rösler shot blasting machine
2 Rösler mass-finishing lines
Finishing by shot blasting or mass-finishing allows deburring, polishing and improvement of surface criteria (roughness and bearing) of machined parts.
We perform in-house finishing by shot peening or mass finishing for deburring, polishing, and improving surface criteria (roughness and bearing capacity).
The cleanliness requirements of our products are guaranteed by a multi-tank, ultrasonic, detergent washing line and a robotized, modified alcohol washing line.
