Our machine park consists of 7 horizontal and vertical 4-axis CNC machining centers.
The park is fully robotized for loading and unloading the parts.
An automatic line for cutting aluminum profiles is also available.
Our machining centers are equipped with robotic loading cells and 100% camera inspection after machining.
In order to complete the finishing of our products, mass-finishing and shot blasting operations are mastered in-house. The following machines are available :
Finishing by shot blasting or mass-finishing allows deburring, polishing and improvement of surface criteria (roughness and bearing) of machined parts.
We perform in-house finishing by shot peening or mass finishing for deburring, polishing, and improving surface criteria (roughness and bearing capacity).
The cleanliness requirements of our products are guaranteed by a multi-tank, ultrasonic, detergent washing line and a robotized, modified alcohol washing line.

Unit traceability is carried out using automatic laser marking machines such as QR CODE or DATAMATRIX.
