CNC turning

Our machine park consists of 15 CNC lathes, divided into 2 workshops :
  • 5 robotized automatic lathes for secondary-operation machining on cold formed or forged blanks
  • 10 CNC lathes equipped with bar feeders

Production capacities for turning :

 

  • 2- to 5-axis CNC machining
  • Machining of forged blanks up to 2,5 kg
  • Bar turning diameter from 6 to 65mm
  • Medium and large series

Our robotic turning cells are equipped with 100% camera inspection after machining. Integrated equipment for the cutting of inner and outer class-6 gears is also available, for the production of high-precision drive components.

Automatic inspection

We develop in-house automatic inspection devices using various technologies to ensure the compliance of our products after 100% automatic sorting :

  • Dimensional control by camera
  • Surface defect control by scanning and topographical analysis
  • Detection of chips, tears, and deformation by camera
  • Aspect and aesthetic visual inspection by operator with camera support
  • 7  fully automatic sorting machines

Surface finishing

In order to complete the finishing of our products, mass-finishing and shot blasting operations are mastered in-house. The following machines are available :
  • 1 Rösler shot blasting machine
  • 2 Rösler mass-finishing lines

Finishing by shot blasting or mass-finishing allows deburring, polishing and improvement of surface criteria (roughness and bearing) of machined parts.

Trobological finishing for deburring and polishing

We perform in-house finishing by shot peening or mass finishing for deburring, polishing, and improving surface criteria (roughness and bearing capacity).

Multi-tank, ultrasonic, detergent washing machine

The cleanliness requirements of our products are guaranteed by a multi-tank, ultrasonic, detergent washing line and a robotized, modified alcohol washing line.

Robotic cell for traceability through laser marking

Unit traceability is carried out using automatic laser marking machines such as QR CODE or DATAMATRIX.
