Labelled« Innovative Company » by the BPI (state bank for investments), our primary development lever lies in our capacity for innovation.
We have entered into partnerships with various R&D centers and are involved in 2 competitive clusters, including « Mont-Blanc Industries ».
We invest 6% of our turnover in various R&D projects in order to optimize our machining processes .
We hold 3 high precision surface finish machining patents in particular for optical reflectors. We work in co-design with our clients in order to make improvements to the product from the design phase (alternative material, design modification, surface treatment…).
The feasability analysis and the economic study carried out upstream of the project allow us to control labour costs not exceeding 20% of the cost price. To sustain this approach our industrialisation process implements automated processes or transfer machines specifically developed for mass production.

Quality tools are mastered in order to maintain our quality commitment and our ISO IATF and EN9100 certifications at the highest level.
In order to perfect the finishing of our products, we ensure the finishing operations internally such as particulate washing, mass finishing and deburring. Our Management of the Means of Measurements is based on the equipment of our metrological laboratory:

To meet our customers’ requirements, we are equipped with automatic control machines combining various technologies:
TRACEABILITY
To guarantee the traceability of our products we are equipped with laser marking solutions DATAMATRIX/QR CODE but also in surface texturing
The PDCA enables solid and sustainable results to be obtained in terms of < class=”fort”>improving the effectiveness of management systems As part of a continuous improvement approach, we shall always seek to enrich what has already been achieved without limiting ourselves to the results obtained , even if they are satisfactory.
The first question provides the actions to be implemented immediately to prevent the incident from happening again.. The iteration of < span class=”fort”>5 WHY gives the root cause of the problem : the maintenance range not being available, in the absence of the employee in charge of the maintenance of this machine, nobody can carry out the actions and follow the machine correctly, which resulted in a small oil leak.. It is by going to the root of the problem that we ensure performance !
This tool is also based on questions: Who What Where, When, How, Why. These different interrogative pronouns serve to circumstantiate the subject treated. Correctly defined the problem is simpler to deal with or the objective clearer to follow.
The QRQC’s main objective is to have a clearly defined methodology to react as quickly as possible to a problem. The QRQC makes it possible to treat production failures as soon as they occur, by involving the people concerned who have detected and characterized the problem. This method is based on the reality on the ground and avoids wasting time in meetings.
