CNC Precision machining
Our CNC park is divided into 3 machining sectors from prototyping to mass production:

8 5-axis CNC lathes with bar feeders for machining diam 6 to 65mm

The CNC park is equipped with CNC lathes and machining centres, we machine prototype parts up to large series.
- 12 numerically controlled lathes 5 machining centres.

- Sand blasting and final inspection
With a view to perfecting the finishing of our products in-house, we carry out tribofinishing and shot blasting operations on our premises. We have the ability to ensure 100% control of our products through :
- 6 automatic sorting machines by camera and scanning
- 1 Rösler shot blasting machine
- 2 tribofinishing lines
- 2 washing lines with solvent A3 and detergent
- 1 oil filtration plant
